3. Forming and processing equipment
Floating feed core
Twin screw extruder: Through high temperature and high pressure extrusion process (wet/dry method), starch gelatinization degree is improved to support floating feed production.
Sinking feed core
Ring die pellet machine: Suitable for large-scale sinking feed production (up to 15-20 tons per hour), roller gap and die aperture are adjustable.
4. Post-processing equipment
Drying and cooling system
Multi-layer dryer: Control moisture.
Countercurrent cooler: Rapidly cool to room temperature and extend storage period.
Quality improvement equipment
Grease spraying device: Enhance feed energy density and palatability.
Rotary grading screen: Screen qualified particles and remove debris and powder.
The complete production line needs to be equipped with conveyor (screw/belt), automatic batching bin and intelligent control system (PLC controls temperature and moisture).
