2. Check whether the specifications and models of the extruder are correct and whether all parts are complete. If there are any defects, contact the supplier in time for replenishment.
3. Prepare the necessary tools and equipment, including cranes, slide rails, jacks, power tools, etc.

Installation Process
Move the extruder to the designated location and fix it with a crane to prevent it from falling or shaking.
Place the slide rail under the extruder, lift it with a jack so that it contacts the bottom of the extruder, and then fix the bolts.
Install the extruder inlet and outlet pipes, cables and other pipelines, and connect and adjust them according to actual conditions.
Check whether the various components of the extruder are firm, whether the wire connectors are correct, and whether the lubricating oil is sufficient to ensure that the equipment can operate normally.
Precautions
The extruder should be operated in accordance with the instructions. It is strictly forbidden to operate without training.
