The large-scale aquaculture fish feed production line is a complex system that integrates raw material processing, extrusion pelleting, drying and cooling, and intelligent control. I. Core equipment and process flow
Pretreatment system
Raw material processing: fish meal, soybean meal, etc. need to be ultra-finely crushed to improve protein utilization, and a twin-shaft paddle mixer is used to ensure uniformity.
Tempering process: multi-stage conditioner prolongs starch gelatinization time and enhances feed water resistance.
Forming equipment
Floating feed: a twin-screw extruder is used to expand and float the feed through high temperature and high pressure, and the degree of expansion is adjustable.
Sinking feed: a ring die pelletizer is preferred, and the mold aperture needs to be adapted to the fish species caliber.
Post-processing system
The countercurrent cooler cools quickly, and the hot air dryer is used to control water.
Grease spraying device improves energy density, and automatic packaging machine completes packaging.

Automation control
PLC system integrates formula management and production traceability functions, and adjusts the amount of steam and water added in real time.
Sensors monitor water quality parameters, and link aeration equipment to intelligently control the environment.
Capacity classification
Large-scale plant (≥5 tons per hour): modular production line includes extruder, cooler, etc., and supports customized particle shape and composition.
Medium-sized field (1-5 tons per hour): compact unit, crushing-mixing-granulating integrated machine, small footprint.
