Select fresh and high-quality feed raw materials, mix cereals, beans, fish meal and other materials in proportion, and perform pretreatment such as screening and vacuuming.
The screened raw materials need to be crushed by a flour making machine. Remember not to crush the raw materials too finely, otherwise it will affect the puffing effect.
Mix various raw materials in a certain proportion, and add various required vitamins, minerals and other auxiliary materials for full mixing.
Add an appropriate amount of water to the mixed feed. This step is very critical. Too high or too low moisture will affect the puffing effect.
Control the humidity and pressure within an appropriate range, send the mixed feed into the puffing chamber in one direction, and slowly enter under high pressure to produce pressing.
When the feed enters the puffing chamber, due to the decrease in pressure in the puffing chamber, the water evaporates quickly to form a gas state, the inside of the feed particles expands rapidly, and puffs evenly in the puffing chamber to form granular feed.
