1. Preparation
1. Stop the feed machine, turn off the main power switch, and pull off the belt and V-belt under the feed roller.
2. Remove the steel plate under the feed roller of the feed machine.
3. Prepare tools: Allen wrench, wrench, wire cutter, screwdriver, etc.
2. Replace the bearing
1. Remove the roller
Use a wrench to remove the bolts that fix the roller and take out the roller. Be careful not to let the roller fall when removing the bolts to avoid damage.
2. Remove the bearing
Use wire cutters and screwdriver to remove the O-ring inside the roller. Then use an Allen wrench to remove the bearing cover.

3. Replace the bearing
Take out the bearing and remove the iron filings and dust on the bearing. Gently pinch the bearing with your hand to see if it rotates flexibly. If not, the bearing needs to be replaced.
Apply an appropriate amount of lubricating oil or grease to the new bearing, put it in its original position, put the bearing cover back and tighten it.
4. Assemble the roller
Put the O-ring on the protrusion on the roller. Put the roller back to the original installation position and tighten the bolts that fix the roller with a wrench.
3. Cleaning and maintenance
After the replacement is completed, wipe the surface of the feed machine roller shell and the internal chamber with a clean cloth to remove the remaining particles and dust in the chamber. Check whether the roller is installed in place. If any problems are found, replace and adjust it in time.
