How to use
1. Preparation
Before using the feed extruder, the equipment should be checked to confirm that all parts are firmly connected and the electrical part can be manually rotated flexibly. Then operate according to the use regulations and procedures of the feed extruder.
2. Feeding
After soaking the pre-prepared feed for a short time, add it evenly to the feed inlet of the feed extruder. Be careful not to add too much feed.
3. Control parameters
According to different types of feed, set the control parameters in the feed extruder, such as temperature, oil pressure, steam pressure, etc. Operate according to experience or the equipment manual.

4. Start the feed extruder
After confirming that the settings of various parameters are reasonable, turn on the power to start the feed extruder. After starting, monitor whether the parameters are normal to keep the equipment running safely.
Precautions
1. Do not add too much feed
Because too much feed will make the expansion uneven, and even cause safety problems such as jamming.
2. Ensure stable operation of the equipment
During use, the operation status of the feed extruder should be observed at any time. If any abnormality occurs, it should be handled in time to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
3. Safety protection measures
During the processing, the personal safety of personnel and the safety of equipment should be ensured, such as installing protective covers and protective nets.
