3. Check the transmission device, check whether the pulley or coupling is damaged and whether it is firmly installed.
4. Inspection and maintenance of bearings. Bearings should be cleaned and replaced with grease or lubricant after a period of use, and the general motor should be supplemented or replaced with grease when it runs for about 500 hours, and the bearings are found to be overheated or the lubrication is deteriorated in operation, the grease should be changed in time.
5. When the motor thermal protection continuous action, should identify the fault from the motor or overload or protection device value is too low, eliminate the fault before putting into operation.
