Of course, the specific conditions depend on the type of raw materials.)

2. You need to find the compression ratio of the mold; compression ratio and moisture are one of the important factors, one of the raw materials is controlled, the other is controlled in the grinding disc, two ratios are essential, this compression ratio needs to be communicated with the manufacturer, Special attention is: For example, some time ago, the sawdust particles were squeezed, and it was suddenly found that there were not enough sawdust, plus other miscellaneous wood, which seriously affected the production! Since different kinds of raw materials have different compression ratios, if you have a variety of raw materials, you should communicate with the manufacturer to prepare some more abrasive tools.
3. The gap of the pressure roller ring die is not adjusted. For the equipment testing machine, our company's technicians will hand it over to the customer to use and debug to avoid the situation of non-discharge. But depending on your actual situation, the right medicine can be better and faster.
