(2) Adjustment and correction of feeder speed.

The speed of the feeder determines the conveying volume of the feeder, so as long as the speed of the feeder is changed, the conveying volume of the feeder can be effectively controlled to meet the material-making capacity of the pressing chamber. The material-making capacity is affected by many factors, such as material quality, steam quality, voltage change, etc. Therefore, when one of the factors changes randomly, the conveying volume of the feeder should be changed at any time, so that the granulation of the machine is always in the In the normal state, the feeder adopts an electromagnetic speed regulating motor. (3) The speed of the feeder should be gradual

Within 30 minutes of starting the pellet machine, it is necessary to ensure the stable operation of the pellet machine. It is not allowed to adjust the conveying speed of the quantitative feeder in order to increase the output.
