1. Use soft raw materials or crushed pellets. Soft raw materials have better extrusion molding efficiency and less damage to the equipment.
2. The moisture content of the raw material of the pellet machine should be 15%-20%. If the water content is too high, the extruded pellets will be loose; if the water content is too low, it will be difficult to press molding, low molding rate and high crushing degree. Therefore, it is recommended that we reduce the moisture of the material by drying or drying, and increase the humidity of the raw material by adding moisture. In the molding process of the pellet machine, when the finished product has a high molding rate, it can save a lot of raw materials, reduce the production cost and improve the user's profit. At the same time, we should strictly follow the operating procedures in the operation to avoid accidents.
The production line of the pellet machine is a kind of environmental protection equipment with a small area. It is well known that people have a great demand for heating, and the traditional way of heating may be coal burning. However, even in a big coal-producing country like China, the shortage of resources cannot be guaranteed. From the point of view of sustainable development, coal and wood heating is not desirable. Raw materials for pellet mill production lines are readily available; people want to use straw and sell shells. Therefore the secondary resource utilization saves a lot of resources and reduces the cost, because we all know that in the countryside if straw is returned to the field, it will be a waste of resources, and the burning of these wastes will produce a lot of pollutants, which will jeopardize one's life and health.
