Solution: Replace the mold of the wood pellet machine, or reduce the feeding speed.
2. The raw materials contain impurities, such as nails, bricks, etc.
Solution: Turn off the equipment, then open the mold cover, then pour out the extruded raw materials, clean out the impurities in the raw materials, and put the raw materials back. Note: When reinstalling the mold cover, tighten the nut.
3. Inappropriate moisture control of raw materials, or excessive particle size, etc., will also cause blockage of the sawdust machine mold, and manual cleaning is very difficult.
Solution: Large manufacturers will purchase special die punching, but for new friends who have just invested in the wood pellet production industry, die blockage is a headache.
4. During the production process, due to power failure or other reasons, the mold is blocked, especially the small hole mold is difficult to clean. It is more common in pellet production equipment to use electric drills to drill the material, but this is a waste of time and easily destroys the smoothness of the die hole. Moreover, after the die is stamped, it needs to be re-grinded before it can be used normally, which affects work efficiency.
Solution: A more effective method is to use an oil-boiled ring mold, so that the plug hole is completely immersed in the oil and then heat the bottom of the oil pan until the material in the plug hole makes a popping sound, that is, remove the plugging mold, and reinstall the machine after cooling. Adjust the gap of the mold rolls, according to the operating requirements of the pelletizer, you can quickly clean the blocked materials in the mold by re-driving.
