A feed pellet mill production line is a combination of one or more equipment equipped according to the user's needs. It is also called pellet feed unit. The feed equipment are: pulverizer, stirring and mixing machine, granulator, cooler, packaging machine and belt conveyor, silo, screw feeder and so on.
The process flow of pelletizing unit is: crushing - buffer bin - mixer - granulator - cooling and sieving - packaging. First of all, the user's raw materials will be crushed by pulverizer, and then put into the buffer bin, use the mixer for even mixing evenly, and then use the pellet feed processing equipment for pelleting work. The finished pellets enter the cooling machine for cooling, and then packaged by automatic packaging machine.
