Charcoal Briquette Making Press are made by grinding Biomass and sawdust into a homogeneous pulp and forming this into a briquette under very high pressure. High pressure & pressing releases one of the natural components of wood - lignin which has the property of becoming liquid at high pressure (temperature) and, as it subsequently cools, it binds the wood together in its new form Briquettes.

Raw Materials & Finished Products
( Size: 0-5mm Moisture Content: 8%-12% )
►Besides the material size must less than 5mm, the humidity of the raw materials is controlled in 8-12%.
►Too wet or too dry will cause a bad forming effect.
►If the material too big, we will recommend you crusher according to your requirement.
►If your material moisture over 12%, we have a sawdust drying machine. After crushing, the material was delivered to the drying machine, then it was sent to forming machine.
