1. Before using the hammer mill, check whether the shape of the machine is damaged in transportation and whether the random data is complete. Before the hammer mill is connected to the power supply, please confirm whether there is any iron foreign body in the machine cavity to prevent cutting, and manually rotate the flywheel for more than one circle. It is absolutely forbidden to handle live knives by hand to ensure safety. Ensure that the main machine of the crusher is turned correctly, then the motor can be started and put into production. Note: The main machine of the crusher must not be reversed when turning, otherwise it will lead to serious equipment accidents such as fixed placement, fixed tool damage and left and right maze damage.
2. According to the material characteristics, the normal use time of the mill knife has its own length, such as wear, please timely blade knife, when installing the knife, the rotary knife must be fastened, the fixed knife only needs, slightly fixed after adjusting the 4 top knife cutting screws, ensure that the rotary knife and the fixed knife maintain a gap of 0.2-0.3, and then tighten the fixed knife screws, lock the adjusting screws, that is to complete the installation of the knife. The pulverizer runs for about 500 hours. Please check the main bearings, clean them if necessary, and add proper amount of grease or replace all the grease. The working load of the mill is heavy, so it is necessary to check the tightness of the transmission triangle tape frequently to ensure the smooth and reliable transmission of the knife.
