2. Daily maintenance
(1) The hammer mill needs to be shut down every week or so to check whether the filter and dust removal are blocked, and clean the filter coated dust removal bag.
(2) If the bearing is marked with oil injection, add high-temperature grease regularly to lubricate and maintain the bearing.
(3) Before production, run the machine empty, check whether there is abnormal noise in the equipment, and stop the machine every one or two months to check whether the solid parts are loose.
(4) Before shutdown of each shift, empty machine shall be loaded to discharge all materials in the machine cavity.
