Dust into the ring particulate matter machine, ring particulate matter machine becomes round, the gap between the drum and the press is too tight, the drum damage, the drum seat broken can not rotate, etc., are all causes of vibration of the sawdust particulate matter machine. (Check or remove ring granulator, adjust drum clearance).
3, the shaft calibration is not balanced, slightly up and down error, wood particles appear vibration, the tooth shaft seal is fragile (need to be calibrated to the shaft).
4. When the spindle of the machine tool is not tightened, the loose spindle of the machine tool will cause radial back and forth swing, the press wheel swing is obvious, the noise and vibration of the coal mill are large, and the granulation is difficult (it is necessary to shrink the disc spring and cylindrical pin at the end of the spindle of the machine tool).
