(3) The influence of each component in the raw material The fat contained in the raw material itself has a small impact on the granulation, and is conducive to granulation, but the added fat has a greater impact on the granulation, the amount of added fat will make the finished particles loose, generally the added amount should not exceed 3%. Otherwise, it should be coated outside after granulation. Starch is easy to gelatinize, after cooling the orange knot, conducive to granulation. The protein is softened by heat under the action of water, and easily passes through the die hole. After granulation, it becomes hard after cooling, which is also conducive to granulation. The appropriate amount of cellulose in the raw material plays an implicated role, which is conducive to granulation, but the content is too high, it will increase the resistance through the die hole, the cellulose absorbency is poor, and it will also affect the water and heat regulation.
