Operating matters when using hydraulic oil press
In the operation process of hydraulic oil press, all users should pay attention to a variety of operational matters, because often some operational details will affect the normal operation of the whole equipment.
First of all, preheat the oil before each discharge. The preheating temperature is 50 ~ 70 degrees in summer and autumn, 70 ~ 90 degrees in winter and spring. Preheating system automatic control, no need to close the temperature control switch. .
2. Hold the upper and upper plate wrench handle, open it completely, the upper and upper plate and the working position 180 degrees, buffer the bottom of the feed cylinder, lower the piston in place and reserve.
Three, idling 1-2 times before each pumping. In winter and spring, the replacement of hydraulic oil should be idled for 5 to 10 minutes, so that the oil is thin and easy to operate.
Four, put a cushion on the upper end of the tank oil, put the distributor on the upper end of the tank and push it into the tank. If the oil is less, the oil can be lifted when starting, so that the oil stays slightly lower than the upper surface of the cylinder on the plane; Otherwise the upper drain plate will not close. Lift the manual valve handle and start pressing down.
5. When the pressure gauge rises to 55MPa, the electrical control system will stop automatically. When the pressure drops to 45MPa, the electronic control system automatically starts, the pressure gauge rises again, and there is no oil leakage at the oil pressure joint, indicating that the oil has been extruded.
6. When the hydraulic oil press is pressing oil, if any abnormality is found (such as violent vibration, loud noise, etc.), please stop and check whether the fixing bolts of the hydraulic system and motor transmission parts are loose, and whether the pipeline leaks oil.
Seven, at the end of each working day, please clean the residue inside and outside the cylinder of the hydraulic press in time to prevent the oil residue from blocking the oil seam.
Eight. After the hydraulic oil press is finished, pay attention not to lift the plunger too high (until the bottom of the oil cake is flush with the top plane of the cylinder) to prevent the leakage of hydraulic oil.
