Check method for unstable flow of pellet machine
The unstable flow of pellet machinery has a great relationship with the output, the stability and service life of the machine.
The unstable current is nothing more than the following reasons:
(1) Improper adjustment of the ring die clearance of the press roller;
(2) The cutting knife wear is serious, the cutting is not uniform;
(3) semi-finished products or materials containing coarse powder (grading screen damage phenomenon);
(4) Uneven mixing of raw materials, adding liquid and steam;
(5) The transmission belt is not tight.
