Brief introduction of the hammer mill
The hammer mill is a kind of equipment that uses the form of air separation, heavy pressure grinding and shearing to realize the ultra micro pulverization of dry materials. The ultra-fine hammer mill is composed of a cylindrical crushing chamber, a grinding wheel, a grinding rail, a fan, a material collection system, etc. The material enters the cylindrical crushing chamber through the feeding port, and is crushed by rolling and shearing of the grinding wheel that moves circularly along the grinding rail. The crushed materials are taken out of the crushing chamber by the negative pressure airflow caused by the fan and enter the material collection system. After filtering by the filter bag, the air is discharged, materials and dust are collected and crushed.
