Fault 1: During the operation of the packaging machine, if the starting capacitor is damaged, the paper feed motor may be stuck, or the motor may be damaged and rotate uncontrollably.
Solution: First check whether the paper feed lever is stuck, whether the starting capacitor is damaged, and whether the fuse is faulty, and then replace it according to the check result.
Fault 2: The packaging machine is not sealed or the sealing is not tight. This will not only waste materials, but also because the materials are powdery, it is easy to disperse and pollute the equipment and working environment of the particle packaging machine.
Solution: Check whether the packaging container meets the relevant regulations, take out the inferior packaging container and no longer use it, and then try to adjust the sealing pressure and increase the heat sealing temperature.
Fault 3: When the packaging machine is running, the bag cutting position may have a large deviation, the gap between the color code and the color code is too large, the color code positioning contact is poor, and the photoelectric tracking compensation is out of control.
Solution: first readjust the position of the photoelectric switch. If this is not possible, clean the forming machine, insert the packaging material into the paper guide, and adjust the position of the paper guide so that the light spot coincides with the color mark.
Fault 4: During the operation of the packaging machine, the packaging container is often torn by the automatic granule packaging machine.
Solution: Check the motor circuit and observe whether the switch is damaged.
Fault five: The packaging machine does not pull the bag, and the bag pulling motor is off the chain. The reason for this failure is nothing more than a line problem. The bag switch is damaged, the controller is faulty, and the stepper motor driver is faulty.
Solution: Check whether the proximity switch, controller, and stepper motor of the bag making machine are damaged, and replace the damaged parts.
