Causes of failure:
1. The flat die has poor finish when it is used for the first time;
2. The moisture content of the material is too high or too low;
3. The gap between the pressure roller and the flat die is too large;
4. The pressure roller or flat die is seriously worn;
5. The V-belt is slipping or aging.
Troubleshooting method:
1. Grind and lubricate with oil-containing materials, and the output will increase after working for a period of time;
2. Adjust the moisture content of the material;
3. Adjust the clamping bolt;
4. Tighten or replace the V-belt
