After ensuring that there is no error, we run the empty machine for 2 minutes to prove that the machine is empty and there is no residual material.

Facing an unused feed pellet machine, we need to grind it first. Now merchants generally provide grinding materials. Everyone just needs to add the grinding materials to the machine and grind them repeatedly for about 30 minutes.
After the preparations are ready, we can feed the feed pellets. When feeding, we must have a uniform speed, not too fast or too slow. If the speed is too fast, the material will be blocked; if it is too slow, the machine will run idle, or the speed will be fast and slow, which will also damage the machine parts.
It should be noted that we try to control the operation time of the feed pellet machine within 10 hours. After all, the machine also needs to rest. Generally speaking, the feed pellet machine will stop for half an hour after working for 8 hours.
