Cause 1: Excessive Dust in the Production Environment, Clogging Sealing Gap
The pet food production process generates a large amount of raw material dust (such as grain powder and meat powder). If dust control in the workshop is inadequate, dust will adhere to the sealing parts (shaft ends, gearbox cover plates, and connections) of the pet food extrusion machine, gradually clogging the sealing gaps. Simultaneously, dust will mix with the seals and shaft surfaces, exacerbating friction and wear, leading to seal damage and lubricant leakage. For example, dust adhering to the surface of the screw shaft oil seal will wear down the seal lip, compromising sealing performance; dust clogging the gaps in the gearbox sealing cover plate will prevent the lubricating oil from dissipating heat properly, causing temperature increases, viscosity decreases, and leakage from the gaps; furthermore, dust mixed into the lubricating oil will contaminate it, accelerating component wear and indirectly inducing oil leakage in the small pet food making machine.

Cause 2: Abnormal Temperature and Humidity, Accelerating Component Aging and Damage
Abnormal temperature and humidity in the production workshop will accelerate the aging and damage of sealing components and core components of the dog food extruder machine, thus inducing oil leakage. If the workshop temperature is too high (above 35℃), it will increase the heat dissipation burden on the extruder during operation, leading to excessively high internal temperatures, accelerated aging of lubricating oil, softening and deformation of seals, and loss of sealing performance. Simultaneously, high temperatures cause thermal expansion and contraction of components, increasing sealing gaps and causing lubricating oil leakage. If the workshop humidity is too high (relative humidity exceeding 75%), it will cause rust and corrosion of the extruder's metal parts (screw, bearings, gearbox), mold and hardening of sealing components, decreased sealing performance, and ultimately, oil leakage. Furthermore, a humid environment will accelerate the emulsification and deterioration of lubricating oil, damaging lubrication and sealing effects.

Cause 3: External Foreign Object Interference, Damaging the Sealing Structure
During production, interference from external foreign objects (such as raw material clumps, metal impurities, tool fragments) can also damage the sealing structure of the homemade dog food maker machine, causing oil leakage. For example, raw material agglomeration entering the extruder's feed channel can cause a sudden increase in equipment load, leading to excessive impact on sealing components and potential damage. Accidental entry of metal impurities or tool fragments into the gearbox or screw section can wear down seals, gears, and bearings, damaging the sealing structure and causing lubricant leaks. Furthermore, equipment collisions and foreign object impacts during production can loosen sealing covers and misalign seals, further inducing oil leaks. Considering the practicality and timeliness requirements of the EEAT algorithm, it is recommended to optimize the production environment by installing dust collection and temperature/humidity control equipment, strengthening foreign object detection during production, and preventing external interference from damaging the sealing structure. Simultaneously, regularly cleaning dust from equipment surfaces and inspecting sealing areas are crucial to promptly address potential oil leaks and ensure the stable operation of the Automatic Dog Food machine, thereby contributing to higher product page exposure and traffic conversion.
