2. The output of feed pellet machines is different, and the required voltage is also different. If it is a two-compartment electric pellet machine. You cannot plug it directly, you must connect to the air switch, and the power cord must not be less than 4 square meters.

Use
1. Add gear oil before use.
2. When using the pellet machine for the first time, grind it with oil first. The oil can be bran, sawdust and waste oil mixed in a ratio of 5:2.
3. Evenly adjust the screw of the pressure wheel until it cannot be turned by hand. Turn on the machine and check whether the rotation of each pressure wheel touches the disk surface. If not, adjust it again until it touches the disk surface. Grind repeatedly with oil. At first, add a small amount. After the material is discharged normally, increase the input amount. Repeat this process for half an hour.
4. Process feed. Add water to the raw materials and mix them evenly. If there is more grass and the molding effect is not good, increase the proportion of concentrated feed and control the grass at 50. Feeding can be done manually or by belt conveyor.
5. Stop the machine, loosen the screw of the pressure wheel, let the roller be free, and clean up the remaining material. If it is not used for a long time, press the oil into the machine to prevent blockage.
