Crusher and pellet machine have moisture requirements for raw materials. For pelleting, it is required that the moisture content of your raw materials is kept at about 13%. When the moisture content of the raw materials is high, the pellets made are relatively soft. When the moisture content is low, it is easy to produce powder. Therefore, the moisture density of the material will also affect the output value of the pellet machine.
The pellet machine is dry in and dry out. Keeping the pellet raw materials at such a value is the standard for the finished pellets not to mold or deteriorate, and it is the key to long-term storage.
Similarly, green grass and green peanut vines cannot be directly pelletized. You need to dry it first, then crush and granulate it. If you don't want to be so troublesome, you can use a dryer to do this work to improve work efficiency.
