4. When it is necessary to conduct on-site inspection and maintenance of the feed mixer, the hopper should be fixed first and the power supply should be cut off. If the operator needs to enter the drum to deal with obstacles, professional personnel should be assigned to supervise outside. If a fault is found during the operation, the operator should immediately cut off the power supply and troubleshoot the cause.
