The pellets are not formed by the wood pellet machine, some factors are controlled by the manufacturer, and some are controllable by the customers themselves. Generally speaking, when the sawdust pellet machine presses the sawdust pellets, sometimes the extruded pellets are very loose, and even cannot be pressed into pellets. The reasons why the pellets of the sawdust pellet machine are not formed are as follows:
The moisture content of the raw material. The water content is generally required to be below 20%. Of course, this value is not absolute, and the requirements for different raw materials are different. For pelletizing wood chips like pine, fir, and eucalyptus, our pellet machine requires about 15 percent moisture.
particle size. Studies have shown that the smaller the size of biomass in the process of gasification, the higher the gasification efficiency, because when the size becomes smaller, the gas generated inside the biomass is easier to diffuse to the surface.

The temperature and pressure at which the device is heated. Too high or too low temperature and pressure will lead to failure of molding, and also have an important impact on the density after molding and the effect after molding. If the temperature is too low, the input heat will be reduced, which is not enough to shape the material, and it will also increase the power consumption of the molding machine. If the temperature is too high, the surface of the briquetting fuel will be severely thermally decomposed, cracks will appear, the strength of the briquetting fuel will decrease, or even it will not be able to be formed. . Too high or too low pressure will also directly affect the ability of the finished product to form the machine.
the principle itself. Sawdust, straw, paper scraps and other different raw materials have different properties, different fiber structures, and different degrees of difficulty in forming. For more difficult-to-press materials such as palm or mixed materials, the mixing ratio of various components will also affect the final molding rate.
Compression ratio of wood pellet machine. The compression ratio is a parameter of the pellet machine mold, which refers to the length of the mold hole divided by the hole diameter. To a certain standard, wood pellets are more difficult to form.
the user himself. As a user, you can control the raw materials by yourself. If the moisture is not suitable, you can make a pre-drying material ratio. Whether the material is suitable for pressing granules, and what kind of granulator is suitable for use, so as to find a suitable machine.
