If the production is industrial charcoal needs to be sold as a whole, there is no need for a baler. The baler is generally used only for small batches of barbecue charcoal and activated charcoal to absorb odors.

The crusher mainly crushes the raw materials, shapes the granules and rules the raw materials, while the dryer mainly dries the moisture of the raw materials, and must dry the biomass materials to within 12% moisture before the charring operation. Rod making machine is mainly to press the charcoal powder into rods, molding and finally made into finished products. The charring machine is to carbonize the charcoal at high temperature without oxygen. It is quite important to control the charring temperature of the charring machine to make high quality charcoal. Therefore, these four equipments are essential.
