How to use feed pellet machine
1. Add hyperbolic heavy-duty gear oil to the gearbox before turning on the machine. Add oil to the oil mirror position.
2. Place the pellet machine steadily. After wiring, check whether the motor is turning correctly and run in the direction indicated by the arrow.
3. When the pellet machine is used for the first time, it must be ground, because the hole is astringent when drilling and needs lubrication. Prepare the grinding material in a ratio of 5:2. Mix bran or sawdust with waste oil and stir evenly. Put it into the machine one by one, adjust the pressure wheel screw, wait until the material is discharged normally, and then repeat the operation. Grind for half an hour and put it into normal production. Do not discard the grinding material. When it is expected that it will not be used for a long time after work, press the grinding material into the machine to avoid clogging in the hole when it is used next time.

4. In the process of feed processing, if there is more concentrate, about 5-8% water should be added. If there is more grass, the molding effect is poor. The proportion of grass should be controlled at 50%.
5. After processing, loosen the screw of the pressure wheel to make the roller free, and clean up the remaining material after stopping.
Notes
1. There must be no foreign matter such as stones, iron blocks, screws, etc. in the raw materials.
2. It is strictly forbidden to idle the pressure wheel and grinding disc during granulation, and the material should be fed continuously.
3. If the particles are broken or not pressed firmly, the crude fiber feed formula should be reduced to less than 50%.
4. If there is no pellet during granulation, check whether the mold is blocked. If it is blocked, put the grinding material in after opening each hole, squeeze it repeatedly, and then put the raw material in for granulation again.
