The structure of the feed pellet machine is relatively complex, and the maintenance requirements are relatively high, so daily maintenance and maintenance must be strengthened.
I. Five types of daily maintenance
1. Regularly remove the residual material in the ring die sleeve cavity.
2. Fill the oil mark on the eccentric shaft of the two rollers with lubricating oil before each shift.
3. Regularly check whether the gap between the roller and the inner wall of the ring die is in a normal state.
4. Regularly check the tightness of the triangular tape and adjust it in time.
5. Regularly clean the dust and dirt on the surface of the equipment.

II. Timely maintenance when a fault occurs
1. The machine does not produce pellets when it is turned on. Check whether the material hole is normal. If it is blocked, use a hand drill to drill the material hole. Pay attention to the moisture content of the mixed material, adjust the gap between the inner wall of the ring die and the roller, etc.
2. The pellet forming rate is low. The reason is that the moisture content of the material is too low, and the moisture content of the powdered material should be increased.
3. The surface of the particles is rough. Pay attention to adding oil to the material, and perform cyclic extrusion to run it in to achieve the specified smoothness.
4. The output is too low. If the feeding is insufficient, the feeder gate opening can be increased. If the gap between the inner wall of the ring die and the roller is too large, the gap can be adjusted to about 0.15 mm. If the powder material in the ring die is agglomerated, remove the agglomerates in the ring die sleeve.
5. The main machine stops suddenly. Check the fuse, remove the material in the ring die cavity, and reduce the feed amount accordingly. If foreign matter is mixed in the material, stop the machine immediately to remove it, etc.
