How to choose feed production line
Production capacity scale matching
Small farms (daily output ≤ 1 ton)
Preferably use a crushing-mixing-granulating integrated machine, which occupies a small area and has low investment.
Medium-sized enterprises (daily output 1-5 tons)
Configure independent modules: automatic batching bin, conditioning and granulating unit (3-5 tons per hour), countercurrent cooling and packaging line.
Support PLC control of formula storage and fault diagnosis.
Large feed mills (daily output ≥ 10 tons)
The fully automatic line must include a parallel extruder/granulator, a robot stacking system, and an hourly output of ≥ 10 tons.
The raw material processing section is equipped with ultra-fine grinding + multi-layer conditioner to meet the processing of high-protein raw materials.
Raw materials and process adaptation
High-fiber raw materials (straw): double-stage crusher to prevent clogging, crushing fineness ≤1mm.
High-protein raw materials (fish meal): ultrafine crusher to improve particle density and water resistance.
Liquid additives: double-shaft paddle mixer with integrated spraying function, error rate ≤1%.
Fermented feed: dedicated fermentation chamber + temperature control system, fermentation completed in 48 hours.
Feed type determines core equipment
Pellet feed (pig, cattle and sheep)
Core equipment: ring die pelletizer (adjustable roller gap), die aperture adapted to animal caliber.
Post-processing: countercurrent cooler + vibration grading screen.
Floating feed (fish and shrimp)
Required equipment: twin-screw extruder, supporting wet/dry process, adjustable extrusion degree.
Enhanced process: post-ripening equipment to improve water resistance.

Mixing uniformity: CV value of double-shaft paddle mixer ≤5%.
