The large-scale feed production line has a reasonable, compact and space-saving structure design. It uses the wind conveying principle of integrated crushing and mixing to allow the crushed materials to enter the mixer without dust flying, thereby shortening the mixing time and improving the mixing effect. The mixed materials are lifted to the pellet machine for pellet extrusion by spiral lifting. In the pellet extrusion process, the continuous, non-excessive and sequential feeding are reflected. The pellets extruded by the pellet machine are hard, smooth and have a forming rate of 90%. The gelatinized protein coagulates and denatures, which improves the nutritional value and digestion and absorption capacity. Then, it is lifted into the air dryer by the bucket elevator for air drying. The feed quality is good and can be stored for a long time.
