Regularly calibrate instruments such as thermometers and pressure gauges to avoid data deviation affecting process stability.
Production process optimization
Dynamically adjust the mixing time and steam conditioning parameters according to the characteristics of the raw materials to improve starch gelatinization and feed water resistance.
Add an iron removal device to prevent metal impurities from damaging the grinder or causing dust explosions.
Through systematic maintenance management, the life of the equipment can be extended, the frequency of unplanned downtime can be reduced, and the quality and production efficiency of the feed can be ensured.
