The batching process is to weigh the raw materials in the batching silo from the feeder under each batching silo to the batching according to the recipe requirements. After each raw material is weighed by the batching scale, the raw material is conveyed to the powder storage bin. The ingredients are weighed from the silo and these weighed ingredients go into the powder storage bin.
Add a small amount of material and premix directly weighed manually and put into the silo to mix. The quality of the dosing process directly affects the accuracy of the product dosing. Crushing process means that the raw materials to be crushed in the silo are sent to the crusher to be crushed into powder, and then sent to the silo to be mixed by the conveyor and then used.
