Troubleshooting
1、Replace the saw belt
Reinstall the saw belt, loosen the tensioning device (from the top of the machine to look down for counterclockwise), install the new saw belt, at this time to pay attention to the direction of the saw belt, otherwise it will make the saw belt loose off. It must be ensured that the band is correctly installed between the scrapers, the top pulley, the bottom pulley and the central disc, and that it passes through the intermediate guide slot. If it is an automatic tensioning device, you need to turn the knob clockwise until the ratchet gear is released to make a sound, which means the band has been properly tensioned.
2、Adjusting the saw belt
In order to ensure the proper operation of the machine, it is necessary to ensure that the saw belt is actually running on the pulley. In the correct condition, the edge of the saw band teeth should be in a straight line with the front edge of the pulley.
If it is not straight, it must be adjusted by loosening the tilt knob in the following way. It can be found that when the knob is tightened while manually adjusting the band, the tooth edge will move backwards. Similarly, when the knob is loosened, the blade moves forward. This must be done centrally by loosening and tightening the knob so that the band is installed with minimum error and does not fall off. Turn the pulley by hand while adjusting the tilt knob.
After replacing the band, it must be ensured that the band will operate reliably before the machine is run.
