Sawdust Briquetting Press Machine uses high temperature 400 degree, high pressure to shape wood sawdust powder into wood briquettes. Wood sawdust's moisture should be less than 15%, dimension should be less than 3mm. Wood sawdust briquettes' density is around 1.3-1.5 g/cm3, the burning time is around 3.5-4 hours.

The pump station is equipped with a pressure gauge to display the working pressure more intuitively; the oil tank is equipped with an oil level display gauge, which can intuitively display the change of oil volume, and an electric heater function (optional) is provided to prevent the hydraulic oil from being too thick and damaging the pump when starting in winter; the oil tank capacity is large enough to dissipate heat well during operation to prevent the oil temperature from being too high in summer, the oil is thin, the pressure is reduced or the seal is damaged.
