Agricultural briquette making equipment , also called charcoal biomass briquette machine, is used to process wood chips, coconut shell, sawdust, straw, rice husk and other biomass materials. It belongs to energy reuse equipment, and the raw materials are pressed in a short time after high temperature and high pressure. Therefore, the compacted wood rod can be heated and pollution-free when burned. The finished rod can be round and square, and the diameter can be between 30 and 100 mm, and then carbonized in carbonization furnace and carbonization kiln.

How does the briquette machine work

The whole briquette process is to compress the raw material under high pressure and high temperature. The machine uses a large screw to grind, compress and extrude the biomass into briquettes. The self bonding of biomass to form a briquette involves the thermo-plastic flow of the biomass. The natural lignin content in biomass is liberated under high pressure and temperature. Lignin serves as the glue in the briquette process, binds the particles of biomass together, thus binding, compressing the biomass to form into high density briquettes.

1 If the raw material is bigger then 6mm, we need crushing it first with the crusher, final product

daimeter need be 3-6mm.

2 Raw material moisture need less then 14%, if the moisture is too high, it will destory the briquette machine, so normally the moisture need less then 14%, we could according to your production line capacity, suggest a suitable dryer for you.

3 Put the raw material into the briquette machine feed hole, forming briquette.

4 Put the sawdust briquettes to charcoal furnace, lighting the fire, start the carbonizaition, the carbonizating time about is 8-10 hours, then take out the inner basket cooling it 5-8 hours, get the charcoal briquettes.
