Before starting the tree root crusher, check whether there are foreign objects such as iron on the feed conveyor, check whether the hydraulic system, electrical circuit and discharge system are normal, and whether the oil filling points are filled with oil.
During work, pay attention to check whether there are abnormal sounds, whether the base has significant vibration, whether the fasteners are loose, the movable parts are flexible, there is no jamming, and the feeding should be continuous and uniform.
After stopping, clean up the equipment body and surrounding materials, clean up the materials in the cavity and the materials blocking the screen, clean up the materials on the inlet and outlet conveyor belt, and lubricate the lubrication points of the equipment. The lubrication points mainly include the bearings at both ends of the main knife roller, the bearings at both ends of the feeding roller, the bearings at both ends of the pressure roller, the inlet and outlet belt drive rollers, and the roller bearings.
