When the power is turned on, the machine starts working. The bamboo is transported from the feed conveyor belt to the pressure roller for extrusion and crushing, and then flows into the cutting studio and is cut into bamboo chips by the blade. The bamboo chips are loaded and transported to the paper mill through the bottom discharge conveyor belt to bring raw materials for papermaking.

Before operating the branch crusher, check whether the rotation direction of the cutter and the feed pressure roller is correct, and whether the tightness of the V-belt meets the working requirements.

Then turn the engine clutch to the disengaged state and ignite the engine. After the engine runs smoothly, increase the throttle slightly and slowly engage the clutch to conduct a no-load test. After the test is normal, increase the throttle to an appropriate level and switch to normal crushing operation. When the crushing operation begins, operate the reversing valve and the hydraulic motor drives the feed roller to transport the feed. The feed should be fed as evenly as possible.
