There are many reasons why feed pellet equipment cannot operate. Let's briefly analyze them for you.
 
1. The machine is too noisy

Bearing damage, poor gear meshing, loose fasteners.
Fault and solution: Check the bearings and replace them in time if damaged; adjust the gear meshing clearance to maintain a good meshing state; check the fasteners to ensure that there is no looseness.

2. Abnormal vibration of the machine

The foundation is unstable, the parts in the gearbox are damaged, and the bolts are loose.
Troubleshooting and solutions: Check the equipment foundation to ensure that it is stable and without shaking; check the parts in the gearbox and replace the damaged parts; check the bolts and tighten the loose parts.

3. Mold blockage

The design of the feed inlet is unreasonable, the moisture content of the raw material is too high, the gap between the pressure roller and the ring die is unreasonable, and the compression ratio of the ring die is inappropriate.
Faults and solutions: Improve the design of the feed inlet and optimize the flow path of the raw material; control the moisture content of the raw material to avoid excessive moisture; adjust the gap between the pressure roller and the ring die to a reasonable distance; adjust the appropriate compression ratio of the ring die according to the characteristics of the raw material.

4. Motor overheating shutdown

Motor overload, poor ventilation, power supply voltage too high or too low.

5. Ring die roller wears too fast

The hardness of the raw material is too high, the ring die or roller material is not suitable, and the installation is improper.
Troubleshooting and solutions: Check the hardness of the raw material and select the appropriate ring die or roller material; replace the high-quality ring die roller; ensure that the ring die or roller is installed correctly and maintain the appropriate gap.

6. Frequent bearing damage

Hard foreign matter is mixed into the raw materials; the gap between the roller and the ring die is too large; the grease used is inappropriate; too little grease is added to the roller; the bearing end cover and seal used are damaged; inferior roller bearings produced by other manufacturers are used.
Faults and solutions: Improve the cleaning of raw materials; correctly adjust the gap between the roller and the ring die; use grease as required; add sufficient grease as required; replace the bearing end cover and seal.
