1. 2. In the pulverization process, the high-efficiency hammer mill is equipped with 60 wear-resistant hammers, allowing for adjustable particle sizes between 0.8 and 3mm. A negative pressure ventilation system ensures smooth, clogging-free discharge. The ultrafine pulverizer can grind raw materials to a size of 80-200 mesh, meeting the requirements of high-end aquatic feed. Its water cooling system controls the pulverization temperature and preserves the nutrients in the raw materials.
3. In the mixing system, a twin-shaft paddle mixer utilizes differential-speed mixing technology, resulting in fast mixing time and high uniformity. The liquid addition system precisely injects oils, amino acids, and other ingredients with minimal metering error, ensuring nutritional balance.
4. In the pelletizing and post-processing equipment, the ring die pelletizer rollers feature an automatic lubrication system, reducing maintenance costs. The cooler's multi-layer louver design shortens pellet cooling time and keeps moisture content below 12%. The pellet grading screen's three-layer screen simultaneously separates coarse particles, finished products, and fine powder, achieving a grading efficiency of 98%.
