4. After the machine is connected with the three-phase four-wire power supply, the main shaft should rotate counterclockwise. In any case, the machine must have a good grounding device, otherwise it may not be started.
5. 7. Wear the screw oil press for 4-8 hours after installation. The method is to slowly feed the cake from the hopper with dried oil, repeatedly back to press, so that the press chamber polished. Do not pour the material directly into the hopper, but feed it by hand so as not to squeeze the screw and get stuck. If the feed is too intense, there is abnormal noise in the extrusion or the extrusion screw is stuck, it should be stopped immediately to eliminate the obstruction, or reassembled before the extrusion. No forced trailer is allowed.
