Hard (metal) debris should be removed from the materials processed by the straw feed pellet machine to avoid damage to the machine and cause accidents. During the processing, it is strictly forbidden for operators to put their hands into the transmission parts and pelletizing chamber to prevent accidents. Check the wear of the mold roller regularly and adjust, replace or repair it if necessary.
If the pelletizer needs to be inspected, the power supply must be cut off to ensure safety. The motor must be installed with a ground wire to avoid accidents.
