(2) Other bearing parts should be filled with grease regularly.
(3) screw, screw sleeve and other wear parts in the disassembly process is prohibited with hard objects and heavy hammer, in the expansion chamber is prohibited to place heavy objects or stand people.
(4) puffed material should be sorted through, beware of metal and other foreign objects into the machine damage to the machine parts.
(5) at any time to check the quality of puffing equipment, pay attention to the replacement of wearing parts.
(6) adhere to the equipment around the cleaning.
(7) a long period of downtime or replacement of puffed material, the puffing chamber should be cleaned out of the material, to avoid lumps, mould or interspersed between the material pollution.
(8) Because of the wear and tear of the wearing parts near the outlet is relatively fast, close to the feeding end of the wearing parts less wear and tear, so in the replacement of wearing parts, should be replaced from the beginning of the outlet end of the replacement in turn, should not be replaced at a time a variety of parts.
