The oil is squeezed out of the oil process: when the oil enters the press chamber, the pressure increases with the rotation of the press chamber. As the oil is extruded, the seed material is constantly squeezed, and the pressure between the pressing particles in direct contact will cause plastic deformation of the seed material, especially in the fracture of the oil film and bonding. In this way, after being extruded from the blast chamber, the press material is not loose body, but forms a plastic body, called fritters. When pressing due to the double action of temperature and pressure, the protein will continue to deteriorate, and then affect the plasticity of the press. In short, the appropriate degree of protein denaturation can ensure the best oil pressing effect.
