Reasons for ring die bursting in pellet units
The main reasons for the bursting of the ring die of the pellet unit are as follows:
1. the material used for the unit ring die has unstable and uneven performance, and there is localized internal stress present (compensated for the loss by the blank supplier);
2. the opening rate of the unit ring die is too high (at the request of the customer), which causes the strength and toughness of the unit ring die itself to drop;
3. the thickness of the pelletizing unit ring die is too thin (at the customer's request not to release the segments), so that the strength of the unit ring die decreases;
4. the ring die of the unit is forcibly squeezed by hard objects (e.g. metal objects such as bearing balls falling in the pelletizing chamber) during operation;
5. the ring die of the pelletizing unit is in an eccentric state during installation or the fastening is not uniformly stressed (in concentric position with the pressure roller assembly, etc.) resulting in the ring die of the pelletizing unit being constantly subjected to unidirectional impact.
