Precautions before starting the hydraulic oil press machine
Clean the inside of the oil tank of the hydraulic oil press and add enough hydraulic oil.
Check whether the bolts of each part of the pump body are loose
Check whether the circuit of meter box is connected correctly.
1、Pre-heating is necessary before each oil extraction, otherwise it will affect the oil yield. Preheating temperature: 50 degrees -70 degrees in summer and autumn, 70 degrees -90 degrees in winter and spring. The preheating system is controlled automatically, so you don't need to turn off the temperature control switch.
2. Hold the upper top plate spanner handle to open the upper top plate and make 160 degrees with the working position. Give the bottom of the press chamber a good pad, lower the piston to the bottom and prepare for use.
3. Run the machine 1-2 times before each oil extraction. If the hydraulic oil becomes thick in winter and spring seasons, the machine should be run empty for 5-10 minutes, and then operated after the hydraulic oil becomes thin, otherwise it will affect the speed of oil extraction.

5, press in the press chamber oil material on the top end of the mat, put the pressure plate on the top surface of the press chamber, flat push into the press chamber, if the oil material is less, can be in the boot when the oil material rise, always let the oil material to keep in the lower than the plane of the press chamber; Otherwise, it will be unable to close the top plate, lift the hand-control valve handle, boot press.
6、Hydraulic oil press belongs to high pressure system, it must be operated by more than one person in operation, the host is not allowed to leave the person in the process of boosting pressure, the main motor should stop working automatically when the pressure gauge reaches 55 MPa, otherwise, it should stop working automatically, otherwise, it should turn off the power immediately, check whether the pressure gauge is damaged, out of order, whether the AC contactor is damaged, if it is damaged, it should be replaced immediately, and then switch on the machine after checking it is correct.
