Maintenance and maintenance of hydraulic system of corn harvester
1. When checking the oil level of the hydraulic tank, the cutting platform of the harvester should be placed in the lowest position. If the hydraulic oil is insufficient, it should be supplemented according to the hydraulic oil brand stipulated in the instruction manual, and the mixed use of different hydraulic oil brands is prohibited.
2. When the new corn harvester works for 30 hours, the hydraulic oil should be changed once. After that, the hydraulic oil should be changed once every year.
3. When adding hydraulic oil, clean the area around the refueling port of the oil tank, and the refueling tools should be clean. Remove the filter for cleaning, install the clean filter and fill with new hydraulic oil.
4. Before filling, the hydraulic oil must be precipitated to prevent water, sand, iron filings and other impurities from mixing into the hydraulic oil.
