Performance characteristics
For the lubrication part of the press roller of the granulator, the microcomputer is used to track and monitor the operation in real time. If the bearing temperature exceeds the normal operating temperature, the microcomputer will automatically start the lubricating device to lubricate and protect the bearing. It completely solves the problem that the pressure roller is lubricated by experience. The lubrication system is composed of microcomputer induction overheating protection lubrication, timing lubrication and manual forced lubrication.
The driving gear adopts high-precision gear transmission, adopts imported bearings from Sweden, and the ring module unloading hoop type, the output is about 10-15% more than the belt type. The ring die and the pressure roller are forged and finished with alloy steel, and the carburizing process is used for heat treatment. The carburized layer is as high as 2mm, which is nearly ten times higher than the wear resistance of the general heat treatment process, which can minimize the production cost. The machine can run continuously for 24 hours.
